Debarkers, pulpers and refiners, dryers and calenders, slitters and rewinders. Wet, steamy and fast.

What wears outBelts slip on a film of water and swell in wet zones. Static builds up on the drives; our wrapped V-belts are antistatic, tested to ISO 1813.

Pumps, mixers and blowers, often in corrosive air or oil mist.

What wears outStarting a loaded mixer sends a torque shock through the coupling. The flexible element takes it and wears first.

Crushers and grinders, kiln fans and blowers, bucket elevators, mixers and bagging lines.

What wears outKilns run at up to 1450 °C inside, so the fan and blower drives around them work in severe heat. Fine dust hardens belts and wears their edges. Torque surges at start-up crack them.
